Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds on pre‑paid credits for the ERGamesPRO service.

1. Our Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar.sh. Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. As such, Polar handles all payment processing and refund requests on our behalf.

2. Refund Policy for Purchased Credits

We offer a 14‑day refund policy on purchased account credits, in line with EU consumer protection regulations.

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund for a credit purchase for any reason within 14 days of the transaction, only if the purchased credits have not been used.
  • Waiver of Refund Right: By starting a server, you are consuming the digital service you purchased. Once you use any portion of a purchased credit pack, you waive your 14‑day right to a refund for that specific transaction.

Example

  • You purchase $25.00 of credits and do not use them: eligible for a full $25.00 refund for 14 days.
  • You purchase $25.00 of credits and spend $0.60 by running a server: you are eligible for a refund of the unused $24.40 within 14 days.

3. Non‑Refundable Credits

  • Free Trial Credits: The initial $5.00 Free Credit (and any other promotional credits) are for trial purposes only. They have no cash value and are strictly non‑refundable.
  • Used Credits: Any credits (both promotional and purchased) that have been spent on server runtime are non‑refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on an eligible, unused credit purchase, please contact our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh, directly. You can find a link to their customer support on your payment receipt. Polar handles all payment‑related inquiries and refund processing.
